“To be a top workplace means you need remarkable people,” stated J.R. Toland, president and CEO, Savage. “Of course, this includes our team of more than 160 associates across four locations – their energy, passion and dedication is contagious. However this also includes our clients – they drive us so fiercely every day to live our mission of serving others.”
Being named a top workplace is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner, Energage, LLC. The Blade partnered with Energage to conduct the anonymous survey that uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, such as alignment, execution, and connection.
Savage has offices in Maumee, Bowling Green, Findlay and Ottawa, Ohio.

The list recognizes advisory firms for their exemplary efforts to give back to their communities by promoting a culture of philanthropy and volunteerism amongst employees and financial advisors.
