Wayne is a native of Cleveland, Ohio, where he graduated from St. Ignatius High School and John Carroll University. After serving two years in the United States Army, Wayne met Savage founder John F. Savage and joined the firm. Today, Wayne allocates most of his daily work activities to serving medium and large-sized businesses.
Wayne believes strongly in serving the community, and he gives generously of his time and financial resources. He has served on numerous nonprofit boards, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northwest Ohio, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation of Northwest Ohio, and Toledo St. John’s Jesuit High School.

Wayne has been married to his wife, Linda, for more than 40 years. The couple have a daughter, Renee, and a son Stephen who is also an associate of Savage and Associates.
