Patrick Paule has been affiliated with Savage and Associates since 1997. As an employee benefit consultant, he serves more than 1,200 employees from nearly 50 employers. As an expert in healthcare reform, he works to understand each client’s individual needs and goals before developing a comprehensive benefits strategy that provides value for the company and its employees.
Patrick offers employers risk analysis, data analytics, plan review and analysis, insurer and vendor relationships, and financial analysis. Value-added services include compliance solutions, HR support, and account management. For employees, he provides benefits communication, enrollment tools, financial wellness opportunities, benefits education, claims support, employee assistance programs, and physical wellness plans.
Education
Patrick received his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and management from Defiance College in 1997. He became licensed in life and health insurance the same year.
Community
Patrick is active in the community as a board member for the Bowling Green Community Development Foundation, a member of the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs Task Force, a coach for Great Lakes AAU Basketball, and in leadership positions of various professional organizations. He is a graduate of Leadership Toledo.
Personal
Patrick and his wife, Amanda, reside in Perrysburg, Ohio, with their sons, Drew, Dylan, and Isaac—and their dog, Hooper. He enjoys golfing, spending time with friends, writing, cooking (on many weekends, you’ll find him smoking meats and creating new recipes on the Big Green Egg), and watching the boys participate in various sports.
