Savage Golf Classic Logo

Savage and Associates established the Savage Foundation in 2003 to help support nonprofit organizations throughout northwest Ohio. Since then, Savage has raised more than $1.4 million for local charities. Our premiere event, the Savage Foundation Golf Classic, has become one of the most successful single-day charity golf outings in the area.

The next tournament is being held on Monday, June 12, 2023, at Stone Oak Country Club. Your participation in the Savage Foundation Golf Classic helps benefiting charities make meaningful differences in the lives of those they serve. As always, we truly appreciate your support.

Our 2023 Charities

Mom’s House Toledo is a 5-star childcare helping low-income single moms graduate from high school, technical school, and college. Its mission is to guide at-risk single parents in achieving educational goals and provide the tools and resources needed to become effective parents.

It is Good Grief’s mission to create awareness of and support for grieving children and their families and to provide a safe and caring place for children to explore, express, and come to an understanding of thoughts, fears, questions, and emotions associated with grief and loss.

The Make-A-Wish® vision is to grant the wish of every child diagnosed with a critical illness. A wish can be that spark that helps these children believe that anything is possible and gives them the strength to fight harder against their illnesses.

TutorSmart provides in person tutoring support for students across Greater Toledo at no cost. All students participating in the program engage with teachers and volunteers each week to receive help in math and reading.

Open Arms Transformation Living supports homeless youth and young adults, and those at-risk of homelessness, in Toledo, Ohio, ages 16 through 20, through safe housing, education, and other support services so they can become contributing members of society.

It is truly an honor and a privilege to be associated with an event that demonstrates such excellence, social responsibility, and deep compassion for charitable organizations in our local community. It is through the generosity and kindness of our committee, volunteers, and sponsors that we are able to continue to make a difference in the lives of so many.
