For the 10th consecutive year, Savage and Associates has been named one of the region’s top workplaces by the Toledo Blade. Additionally, the company received a specialty award for exemplifying core values.

Being named a top workplace is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner, Energage, LLC. The Blade partnered with Energage to conduct the anonymous survey that uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, such as alignment, execution, and connection.
