Damian and his team of specialists provide benefits to group clients—including group medical, life, and disability benefits, and retirement plan services. Damian ensures that his team provides the best combination of benefits to meet the needs of the employees and the goals and budget of the employer.
Damian also works one-on-one with his individual clients and employees of his group clients to make sure that each individual is prepared for all stages of life, including getting married, starting a family, and planning for retirement.
To that end, Damian has created and spearheads a Financial Wellness program for Savage clients, an employee benefit that helps individuals manage their finances and life situations. He provides education, tools and resources, and assistance with the steps to put solutions into place. Fiscally fit individuals are more efficient and effective in their personal and professional lives. They tend to be more productive in the workplace and in the community. Financial Wellness may be a great fit for you and your employees or coworkers as well!
Education
Damian is a graduate of St. Francis de Sales High School in Toledo, and he has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Denison University in Granville, Ohio.

When not at work, Damian enjoys everything outdoors: training for triathlons, coaching, traveling, and going to sporting events. Damian and his wife, Melanie, and daughters, Lily and June, enjoy exploring everything our area has to offer. They are active in their school and parish, and they devote much of their time supporting many local charitable organizations.
