Drew graduated summa laude cum from the University of Toledo (UT), where he majored in professional sales and entrepreneurship with a minor in financial service. He was president of the campus business organization Pi Sigma Epsilon and participated in numerous sales and entrepreneurship competitions.

Drew grew up in Perrysburg, Ohio, and currently resides in its historic downtown district. He enjoys watching all sports, adventuring outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. He is involved in the Perrysburg and UT communities, helping support downtown Perrysburg and the College of Business and Innovation at UT.
