When you apply for a loan, we will ask you to submit the following information:

1. $225.00 appraisal fee (not required for preapproval)
2. Two recent pay stubs
3. Last yearÕs W2 form
4. Recent asset statements showing funds needed to close and/or reserves (bank or brokerage statements, etc.)

Miscellaneous Documents

1. Divorce decree and any amendments affecting child support and/or alimony
2. Social security benefits award letter, if applicable
3. Bankruptcy and discharge papers, if applicable
4. Two years of personal and business federal tax returns (all schedules) for self-employed borrowers

Purchase Transactions Only

1. Signed purchase agreement and property disclosure
2. Phone numbers for realtors/attorneys/sellers
